Criminal Defense Attorney Randi J. Potash represented a man charged in connection with ROAD RAGE assault with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a blow torch. The jury heard facts that showed that the fellow charged was actually the victim on intimidation and threats and he defended himself the best he could. JURY VERDICT: NOT GUILTY.

 

Attorney Randi J. Potash defended another lawyer who was accused of punching his mother’s husband after the husband had choked his wife. Attorney Potash was able to convince the parties to resolve the matter without involving her client who faced serious collateral consequences if he was charged and convicted.

Result was CASE DISMISSED BEFORE ARRAIGNMENT.

 

Attorney Randi J. Potash represented a person accused of assaulting two men with a machete sword, one alleged victim was a local lawyer. Despite trial testimony from both complainants, Attorney Potash argued and fought for her client and the result was JURY VERDICT: NOT GUILTY.

 

The client was accused of assault with a dangerous weapon after an alleged ROAD RAGE incident coming out of a Patriot’s game in traffic. The client avoided a felony conviction as Cape Cod Criminal Lawyer Randi Potash persuaded the court to dismiss the case upon paying a FINE.

 

A young man allegedly beat his parents and broke numerous items in the home. After setting the client up with a new physician and an improved medical plan and counseling sessions the result was CASE DISMISSED.
